I stayed here for a conference. I found the facility to be new, ultra modern, and clean. The meeting rooms were equipped with very nice presentation technology. The location was convenient to various amenities. My room was fitted out with chic furniture and fixtures which were kind of weird. Various light fixtures in the room had hidden switches; it took me several minutes to figure out where to turn the light out by the coffee pot when it came time to go to bed. Also, the reading lights on either side of the bed cannot be turned off from the bed, you have to stand up and reach above the light. The shower control was very confusing with multiple controls (none of which were labeled). Overall, the rooms were furnished more about form than function. I found these issues annoying and don't think ergonomics came into play with the room design. Everything else was stellar, but for the reasons above I am giving 4 out of 5 stars.

Location: This is a great business area with lots of nice shopping and many restaurants, and it seems very safe.
Service: Top notch, greeted at the front door right away, check in and check out was fast and without any issues. Made me feel very welcome.
Room: Very clean with no issues. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy. Loved the rosemary/mint shampoo and soaps.
As soon as you walk in the front door you are hit with the most pleasant clean smells. Loved this hotel and will stay again if I'm in the area.

Location is good - near commerce but not noisy. Building is well maintained. Wifi is strong. Service is good. Rooms are quiet, parking is free. Everything you need/expect when staying at a full service property.
Stayed 1 night to attend a New yrs extravaganza that took place at the hotel. Room seemed so damp when we arrived. But assumed it was due it not being occupied in a while. Turned on the room fan and it seemed to help. After the event went back to the room to damp bed linen on both beds. Called front desk about it, they sent someone with 2 blankets. Had to call again to get additional bedding, this was also brought by someone who didn't even offer to assist with changing the bedding. At this point it's 2am. Went to bed, woke up to get out the bed and literally stepped in nothing but water along the floor under the windows. (My bed is right next to the window)The condensation was so thick on the windows it was causing a puddle that stretched along the the whole side of my bed. Left way before check out. Told the front desk about the room. Instead of empathy or just a "I apologize for an awful stay" the desk clerk immediately said "due to the fact you went thru a 3rd party we cannot adjust your rate" . Crazy part is I never mentioned anything about changing my rate, refund or compensation for my stay. I just wanted the hotel to take accountability. Something!. I guess in order to get treated properly at this hotel you have to reserve your room through them and not a 3rd party. The worst thing you can ever have at a business is bad customer service along with people who can careless about the customer.
Well kept hotel with very friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now and both visits were great. You can tell management thrives on efficiency.
A few days before arriving, I checked in on the app and requested a late checkout. I received a notification that my late checkout was approved, which rarely happens at other properties. Usually you have to ask the day of checkout, so that was a huge plus! I also got a minor upgrade to the room I booked, so that was also a pleasant surprise.
Arrived and the staff is super friendly, they always greet you when you walk by. My check in was with Kim and she was quick and answered my questions.
Kate at the bar was nice and attentive to us. It was cool getting to know that she got to craft items on the drink menu!
The lounge is clean and always had the basics available. I didn't really partake in the evening welcome since I usually went out to dinner instead, but the spread looked good! I like the Franke coffee maker they have, made myself caramel lattes for breakfast and in the evenings.
At checkout, Jarvis handled my checkout using my Marriott gift card I bought (which can be a doozy for other hotels!) quickly and got me on my way in minutes with a smile, while keeping things light as he juggled multiple guests. I will definitely return here on future trips. I really want to check out "The Joseph" downtown, but the service here keeps me coming back!

Everything was clean and pristine. Beautiful decor and design. Stay were friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were great as well. Beautiful outdoor patio and lawn area overlooking pond with fountains. Walking/running path around pond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
